Dr. Anand Jaiswal is a highly experienced pulmonologist with over 30 years of expertise in treating respiratory conditions. Currently serving as the Director of Respiratory Diseases and Sleep Medicine at Medanta Hospital, he is recognized for his extensive knowledge and commitment to patient care. Dr. Jaiswal’s academic excellence was acknowledged early in his career when he was awarded a gold medal for his performance during his MD. He completed his MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, and his MD in Pulmonology from Vallabh Bhai Patel Chest Institute, Delhi University, in 1987. Additionally, he received a fellowship in TB research and operations in the USA from the World Health Organization (WHO).

Dr. Jaiswal has been actively involved in numerous research projects both in India and abroad, collaborating with major sponsors such as AMGEN (India), Pfizer (India), CSIR-OSDD, and ODA (UK). His research contributions have advanced the understanding of various respiratory diseases, including Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Bronchial Asthma, Pulmonary Tuberculosis, and the use of Bronchoscopy in diagnostics and treatment.
