Dr. Sanjiv Saigal is a highly experienced Hepatologist who has led the medical team of India’s largest liver transplant program for over a decade. Having performed more than 1,500 liver transplants, including both cadaveric and living donor transplants, Dr. Saigal carries out about 25 liver transplants each month with an impressive success rate of over 90%. His areas of expertise include Liver Transplantation, Acute Liver Failure, Viral Hepatitis, Alcoholic Liver Disease, Liver Cancer, and Drug-Induced Liver Disease, and he is dedicated to providing life-saving treatments for his patients.

Dr. Saigal’s contributions to hepatology are widely recognized, with over 130 presentations at national and international medical forums. His excellence has earned him numerous accolades, including the Calcutta University Gold Medal, the National Pfizer Award, and the INLAKS Fellowship in liver transplantation at King’s College Hospital, London. A member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) and the National Academy of Medical Sciences (MAMS), Dr. Saigal is committed to advancing medical care and improving outcomes for his patients through specialized treatment and continuous learning.
