Dr. Sathwik R Shetty is an experienced Consultant Neurosurgeon at Manipal Hospitals, Old Airport Road, Bengaluru, specializing in various areas of neurosurgery. He holds an MBBS and DNB in Neurosurgery, along with advanced fellowships in Functional Neurosurgery (KIMS, Secunderabad), Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery (Weill Cornell Medicine, New York, USA), and Deep Brain Stimulation (Toronto Western Hospital, Canada). His expertise includes Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) for Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders, brain tumor surgery, spine surgery, surgery for refractory epilepsy, cerebrovascular surgery, and the management of head and spine trauma. Dr. Shetty is fluent in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Kannada, Tulu, Telugu, Tamil, and Bengali.

Dr. Shetty is a member of several prestigious organizations, including the Neurological Society of India (NSI), the Skull Base Surgery Society of India (SBSSI), and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS) in the USA.
